Anthony McKinney serves as the Director of Operations for Stepping Stones Early Learning Academy, bringing a strong blend of leadership, organization, and heart to our multi-campus preschool community. With a deep commitment to faith-based early childhood education, Mr. Anthony oversees the day-to-day operations across our Niceville, Bluewater Bay, and Destin locations, ensuring that each center runs smoothly, safely, and in alignment with our mission of quality care and spiritual growth.

Known for his calm demeanor and strategic mindset, Mr. Anthony plays a key role in coordinating staff development, managing compliance standards, and supporting family engagement initiatives. His leadership is especially visible during major events like VPK orientations, staff trainings, and parent meetings, where his attention to detail and welcoming presence help set the tone for excellence and community.

With a background in both child care operations and emergency preparedness, Mr. Anthony is instrumental in maintaining our NECPA accreditation and Gold Seal Quality Care Program standards. He works closely with our directors and teaching teams to ensure that every classroom reflects our values of safety, compassion, and educational integrity.
