Kaitlyn Hollingsworth,
Niceville
Miss Kaitlyn joined our leadership team in 2024, bringing valuable experience from Florida’s Department of Children and Families. Her background in childcare licensing and compliance helps ensure our schools operate with excellence, safety, and integrity every day. Kaitlyn is passionate about maintaining high standards while creating a supportive environment for both staff and families.

Lauren Biesel,
Bluewater-Bay (TOO!)
Miss Lauren brings a strong background in early childhood education to our Bluewater Bay campus. She is known for her warm, personalized approach and her ability to connect with both children and families. Lauren is passionate about creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn.

Shelby Gautreau,
Destin (@Roane!)
Miss Shelby brings over five years of experience in early childhood education and currently leads our Destin campus. She is dedicated to creating a structured, nurturing environment where children can thrive. Shelby is passionate about guiding families through each stage of their child’s growth with confidence and care.

Jamie Adams,
NWFSC (Little-Raiders!)
Miss Jamie serves as Director at our NWFSC campus and brings years of experience in early childhood education, including VPK and children’s ministry. She is passionate about building strong relationships with families and believes open communication is the foundation of a successful preschool experience. Jamie is proud to serve the local community she has called home for over 20 years.
